2. About CONNECTIFY HUB

CONNECTIFY HUB is a local service and product discovery platform that connects users with verified vendors across multiple categories, including:

  • Home Services
  • Events
  • Construction
  • Various Products & Related Services

We do not provide services directly. Our role is limited to facilitating discovery, referrals, booking requests, and commission/reward tracking.


3. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information

CONNECTIFY HUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.


4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and contact details
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Avoid any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

You acknowledge that:

  • Any transaction with vendors is solely your responsibility
  • Pricing, quality, and service delivery are managed by vendors
  • CONNECTIFY HUB is not liable for disputes, damages, or service failures

5. Vendor Responsibilities

By registering as a vendor on CONNECTIFY HUB, you agree that:

  • All business information submitted is accurate and verifiable
  • You will deliver services/products as promised
  • You will not bypass the platform after receiving customers
  • You will pay the agreed commission on successful transactions
  • You will maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction

CONNECTIFY HUB reserves the right to suspend or deactivate vendor accounts in case of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Fake or manipulated billing
  • Commission bypass attempts
  • Poor service or repeated customer complaints
  • Policy violations

6. Commission & Transaction Policy

  • CONNECTIFY HUB charges vendors a commission on each successful transaction
  • Commission rates may vary depending on service category
  • Vendors must declare the actual bill amount accurately

Any attempt to hide, manipulate, or misreport transactions may result in account suspension or termination.

We may use tools such as tracking systems, QR codes, or referral links to monitor transactions.


7. Wallet, Rewards & Withdrawals

  • Users and vendors may earn rewards in the form of wallet balance or points
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed

CONNECTIFY HUB reserves the right to:

  • Modify reward structures at any time
  • Set minimum withdrawal limits
  • Delay withdrawals for verification or fraud prevention

Misuse of rewards or referral systems may lead to wallet balance cancellation.


8. Booking & Service Disclaimer

  • CONNECTIFY HUB does not guarantee service availability
  • Vendors are responsible for pricing, timelines, and service delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Service quality issues
  • Delays or cancellations
  • Any disputes between users and vendors

All disputes must be resolved directly between the user and the vendor.


9. Vendor Verification

We attempt to verify vendors through documents and field checks wherever possible.

However, CONNECTIFY HUB does not guarantee vendor behavior, service quality, or performance.


10. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not:

  • Create fake accounts
  • Manipulate transactions or billing
  • Attempt to bypass commission
  • Use abusive or harmful language
  • Upload false or misleading information
  • Misuse referral or reward systems
  • Harm the platform’s reputation

Violations may lead to permanent suspension and legal action if required.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, branding, design, and materials on CONNECTIFY HUB, are the intellectual property of CONNECTIFY HUB.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


12. Limitation of Liability

CONNECTIFY HUB shall not be held liable for:

  • Service failures or dissatisfaction
  • Financial losses
  • Damages caused by vendors
  • User-vendor disputes
  • Indirect or incidental damages

We act only as a facilitator platform, not a service provider.


13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any account
  • Remove users or vendors
  • Restrict access without prior notice in case of policy violations

14. Changes to Terms

CONNECTIFY HUB may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
